Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity.
Yes, we can provide most documentation including Material certificate of origin, conformance to FDA requirements, etc. as required.
The processing time depends on the quantity and item. The maximum is 12 weeks, for custom items, while standard items are sometimes available in ex-stock.
We use best quality packing materials for our orders. The packaging is done in palletized wooden containers suitable for international shipping. We also transit insurance coverage till destination port.
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. By air is normally quick, but also most expensive way. By sea is the best solution for larger quantities. We specialize in the manufacturing of custom filter components. If your application requires a specific size, material or design, our engineering team can create components according to your application alongwith the drawing and design validation.
Yes, we can also supply lesser quantity orders as LCL. We pack material in standard box sizes of inner dimensions approx. 1m³ (external box size 1050 mm.x1050 mm.x1020 mm.), unless required otherwise.
We take full guarantee for the quality of our material. In the unlikely case there is a quality issue, we will give free replacement for the defective items.
