This machine is built to dispense measured quantity of single component binder like PVC/ Plastisol adhesive over end caps.

The dispensing is regulated electro pneumatically and the dispensing quantity is regulated through a timer valve which can be set in between 5 to 130 seconds.

For filling of larger size filter caps requiring larger dispensing quantity, rotary table with double dispensing nozzle can be provided.

The other salient features of this machine are:

• Regulated air pressure can be maintained of up to 150 PSI.

• Can be provided with dispensing drum  capacity from 80 to 120 ltrs.

• Slow moving Geared Motor with Mixing  Attachment maintains the requisite adhesive viscosity.

• Provided with regulating arrangements like Pressure Gauge, Pressure Regulator, Safety Valve, FRL unit with Air Release Valve etc.

• Shower Head can be provided with mechanical  adjustment to control the flow of adhesive.

• Standard table size of 600mm x 1200mm can be  provided. However table size can vary depending  upon customer requirement.
