This is a semi-automatic pleating machine with standard features as follows:.

• Manual setting of pleat depths.
• Different pleating depth range : 5 to 55mm / 10 to 75mm /20 to 100mm / 20 to 150mm
• Pleating widths : 610mm / 1000mm / 1250mm / 1350mm / 1600mm / 1750mm / 2000mm / 2300mm / 3000mm
• Pleating speeds up to 60 pleats per minute
• Variable VFD speed control interfaced with PLC control and MMI.
• Pre-heater/Post-heater arrangement.
• Heating Platforms are thermally insulated.
• Pneumatic cylinders control the movement of top Post-heating platform and for putting counter

Pressure weight on the pleat packs:

• Pneumatic system controlled through MMI/PLC interface.
• Pleat counting and marking is controlled through Man-Machine-Interface (MMI).
• Temperatures controlled by the MMI/PLC interface.
• Motorized Lubrication controlled through MMI/PLC interface.
