This unit comprises of a Mother coil loading and un-winding system. The mother coil is loaded pneumatically (cylinder actuated) either manually through a hand lever / foot pedal or through a solenoid valve/control panel.

Un-winding, holding and release of coil is actuated through pneumatically operated Air (Expandable) Shaft and Clutch-Brake mechanism.

Speed of the un-winding shaft can be controlled through AC Variable Frequency Drive and sensed through Proximity Sensors.
